Ok folks here is how things are going to go...
Everyone needs to gather all of their info and make sure they have EVERYTHING
STEP 1: call the police department that responds to the location of the house David Freeman was supposed to remodel
STEP 2: Advise them of the crime that had occurred (include worthless checks if applies to you)
STEP 3: Tell the officer/staff duty officer EVERYTHING!! If it isn't written down, it did not happen!
STEP 4: Contact me with the name of the detective that will be overseeing your case (this might take 2-3 days before you are made aware of this)
STEP 5: I will get into contact with the Detective and will turn over other information that may pertain to the investigation.
STEP 6: REALIZE THAT SOME PEOPLE'S CASES MAY BE CIVIL MATTERS DUE TO THE MONEY AMOUNT AND SOME DEPARTMENTS WILL TELL YOU THIS. LET'S TAKE IT ONE STEP AT A TIME AND SEE WHAT CHARGES CAN BE OBTAINED FIRST. KEEP ME POSTED ON WHAT IS TOLD TO YOU @ powellwedding@live.com
