I have found new victims in Forsyth Co. as of two days ago which is sad. As for those of you who are still not sure what to do I will list possibilities again.
*Contact the police department where the crime occurred.
*If work was done in your home then you can go to the magistrate's office in your county and take out warrants for failing to finish a job. (charge listed in previous posts)
*If work was not done and money was paid a POLICE OFFICER will have to take this charge out because this is a FELONY.
*If work was not done in your home you can still go yourself to the magistrate's office and take out the misdemeanor charge however the contact with the police department is CRUCIAL!
*If worthless checks were written make sure you advise the police officer taking the report of this as well!
*GATHER ALL OF YOUR INFO PERTAINING TO DAVID FREEMAN AND YOUR JOB AND KEEP IT IN A SAFE LOCATION!!! THIS INFO WILL BE NEEDED FOR COURT!

I have tried to file this with wspd and they refuse to file this criminal, said this is civil not criminal

GPD said the same thing to me until I told them ZERO work was done in return for my payment. Keep at it if that the case in your case and ask to speak to a supervisor.
