A deeper problem than ever imagined...

Well another day has come and gone and the disaster that I have found myself in continues! I have received numerous calls today from desperate homeowners who are faced with the same if not worse problems than myself and my husband. I am wanting to educate others and this is where I am left...

Today Mr Freeman did drop off tile on my back porch without even attempting to knock or ring the doorbell to make contact with me. This is some progress yet so much is left to be done...

I have decided that I am going to include all aspects of the chaotic experience on this blog for everyone involved to be made aware of. This is for the sole purpose of educating others based on reliable facts. I will update the list of things to be done if anything changes to be accurate in my account of this situation.

Things left to be done in my kitchen...

1.) Granite in my kitchen (which I did not pick out)-wholesaler must be paid for this before they are able to replace with the slab that I desired

2.) Granite slab that I picked out-still must be paid for by Mr Freeman

3.) Cabinet doors above my fridge-stain must be fixed

4.) Cabinets in the left upper corner-replaced with a blind corner cabinet which was originally slated for this area

5.) Left bottom cabinet (used to be lazy susan) needs to be replaced with a blind corner cabinet rather than the dead unusable space that is currently there now

6.) Upper cabinet door to the right of the sink has a major imperfection down the front of the door. This door was promised to be replaced. PHOTO OF DOOR IN BLOG

7.) Pipe in the upper cabinet to the right of the sink is exposed and needs to be covered

8.) Corner area to the right side of the kitchen is dead space covered with filler board. This was supposed to be a corner cabinet with a glass door as advised at the initial orientation and design.

9.) Cabinets above the microwave discolored-needs to be re-stained

10.) Cabinets below the sink are discolored-needs to be re-stained

11.) Island needs to have legs painted

12.) Black Board needs to be placed around the island to make it look like furniture as well as molding and trim...possible shelving as well

13.) Granite needs to be re-measured

14.) Cabinets need to be placed in the laundry room

15.) molding needs to be placed above the sink

16.) molding needs to be fixed above the fridge

17.) knobs (he brought me the wrong ones but at this point I am just happy to have something) need to be placed on cabinets

18.) tile backsplash needs to be put up

19.) tile rail needs to be purchased

20.) Electrical sockets need to be fixed

21.) Molding above cabinets not against the ceiling (space of 1/2 inch gap in some areas)

22.) Hole where soffit box was removed visible in the ceiling
